Is the bank account’s name where the transfer originates from the same as your CashSentinel account’s name?

If it is, we can allocate your funds.

If not, please inform the CashSentinel team by phone or through the internal messaging system.

In any case, if we receive a bank transfer for you, and we do not have enough information to assign it to you, the CashSentinel team will contact you.
